  • Do the plants come with the pots that are pictured?
    Yes! We add new plants in weekly and they are all unique in that they come already planted in their own decorative planter/pot.
  • My plant is not doing too well. What should I do?
    Email us at info@plantedcasa.com with a detailed explanation of your plant, the environment it is in and your watering/fertilization habits. Make sure to include some pictures of your plant so we can better assess the situation. We are here to help in any way we can!
  • Where do you ship to?
    Currently, we can only ship to the continental United States. We are hoping to expand in the future and accommodate to all of our customers, near and far!
